Shipping policy
At Next Gen Health we endeavor to provide you with the most efficient way of shipping your products to you at any given time. As such we continuously look to service providers to maintain a level of standards reflectant upon our own.
When your products are shipped from us we will provide you with a tracking number informing you of the carrier and the approximate delivery time. Once the product has been shipped we are at the mercy of the carrier and cannot provide any guarantees on delivery or arrival timing of the products. Should the products be deemed lost by the carrier, we have insured the shipping and you will have the choice of a supplementary shipment or a refund of the purchase.
